These rings are made with the outer ring being 1-1/2" larger than the inner ring; they are joined together with clamps welded 3" apart all around the ring. This forms a flat 3/4" wide base which your material can easily clamp to. The ring is then cut into three equal sections; joining plates are welded into place and the result is a 3-piece ring which can be shipped via UPS and easily reassembled. They are great for making giant wreaths, the outside diameter of this ring finished should be 34" to 38".
