1. GENERAL INFORMATION
The purpose of this manual is to assist the operator in assembling, operating, and maintaining the KELCO Flocking Machine. Read it carefully. It furnishes information and instructions that will help you achieve years of dependable performance.
The information in this manual was current at time of printing. Due to possible engineering changes your machine may vary slightly in detail. KELCO Industries reserves the right to design and change the machine as may be necessary without notification.

3. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
The Kelco Flocking Machine comes on one pallet, fully assembled.
4. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
| 1. | Set up flocking machine in a shelter, i.e., building, tent, or shed. You will need access to water and electricity. |
| 2. | Set up turntable. |
| 3. | Put a tree stand on tree being flocked. |
| 4. | Place tree on turntable, and start table rotating. |
| 5. | Starting at top of tree, using snow gun, begin spraying tree. You can apply as much or as little as you desire. On average, 4 to 5 pounds of flock per tree is used. |
| 6. | A tree mover is highly recommended. It can be purchased or homemade. A Freshly flocked tree is wet, heavy, and awkward to handle. A tree mover allows one person to easily move flocked trees from one place to another without damage and without having to wait for assistance. |
| 7. | When finished flocking, set tree aside to dry for � to 1 full day. Drying time can be reduced to as little as a couple of hours in an enclosed and heated area where there is low humidity. |
| 8. | The flocked tree should be wrapped in poly tubing to minimize damage or lose of flock when customer transports home for set up. Poly tubing is available in 500 foot rolls in several widths. |
5. MAINTENANCE
Oiling of all moving parts will insure that the Kelco Flocking Machine will operate to your satisfaction.
The flocking machine and gun can be cleaned with water.
6. WARRANTY
Your Kelco product is sent to you directly from our factory. If you should have any problems that can not be resolved with your machine by the enclosed literature, call us at 1-800-343-4057. If it cannot be corrected we will send you a new machine.
