4. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place your clamp style wreath ring clamp into open jaws of the Kelco AH00 Clamp-On Machine. The jaws are set at the factory to take clamp rings from size 8" to 14". If you are using larger rings, remove jaw adjustment screw (G).
2.Take any type of green or decorative twig by the bunch and place into open jaws of clamp ring.
3.Step down on pedal to close jaws and clamp material to ring.
4.Remove closed clamp from jaws and move left or right to next open clamp on ring.
5.Repeat steps 2 & 3 until you have gone completely around the ring.
6.For Holly Clamp Rings, insert the provided 2" adjuster screw in rear of machine (A) and screw in full length for proper jaw adjustment.

5. MAINTENANCE

Friction and sap may prevent jaws from returning to full width. A 5 - 1 solution of ammonia and water will remove the sap from the machine.

A few drops of oil on friction surfaces should provide the extra lubrication to make the jaws move freely.

PLEASE NOTE: Your AH00 Kelco Clamp-On Machine is new and has been freshly painted. Your clamp rings may have a difficult time sliding into the open jaws, even after using your adjustment screw.

If this does occur, take a file and file the inside opening of the jaws to remove all paint. This should solve any ring fit problems.

6. WARRANTY

Your Kelco product is sent to you directly from our factory. If you should have any problems that can not be resolved with your machine by the enclosed literature, call us at 1-800-343-4057. If it cannot be corrected we will send you a new machine
