1. GENERAL INFORMATION

The purpose of this manual is to assist the operator in assembling, operating, and maintaining the KELCO KISSING BALL WORK STATION. Read it carefully. It furnishes information and instructions that will help you achieve years of dependable performance.

The information in this manual was current at time of printing. Due to possible engineering changes your machine may vary slightly in detail. KELCO Industries reserves the right to design and change the machine as may be necessary without notification.

2. PACKING LIST

1 ea. Base Plate
1 ea. Threaded Pin Receiver
1 ea. 15 inch Steel Tube (Ball Pin)
1 ea. Set of instructions

3. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Screw Pin Receiver into Base Plate and tighten nut.
2. Place Ball Pin into Pin Receiver.

4. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Center kissing ball form over Ball Pin Tube and push down until base of ball rests on top of Pin Receiver.
2. Apply greens to top of ball, which will be bottom when kissing ball is finished.
3. Pull ball with greens attached off Pin Receiver. Flip ball over and push down until base rests on Pin Receiver once again with Ball Pin Tube still in place.
4. Apply additional greens until ball is completely covered.
5. Attach any decorations you may wish to use.
6. Insert kissing ball hanger down through center of Ball Pin Tube. Pull Ball Pin Tube out of bottom of ball, leaving hanger through center of kissing ball. Bend end of hanger, so it does not slip back through the ball.

5. MAINTENANCE

Your Kissing Ball Workstation requires no maintenance.

6. WARRANTY

Your Kelco product is sent to you directly from our factory. If you should have any problems that can not be resolved with your machine by the enclosed literature, call us at 1-800-343-4057. If it cannot be corrected, we will send you a new machine.
